Simple effective speed build for STUNT setup. I put as hull leg titanium XIII. With HD on, it gets u to 2.56s speed. This combo is great, because once u go Rift invasion, Urare carbide XII or rare carbide XI will give u enough HP to survive 90% of rift invasions. Buld your setups as multiusable as possible! About leg tractor beam, most of beams on AH are legendary. so i used that one =)
